Biography
Isabella Spaans (1987) researches role models in medical education. She is currently a PhD student at the University Medical Center Utrecht in the Netherlands. She has a master’s degree in Communicationstudies and taught at the faculty of Interdisciplinary Social Sciences for a decade.
As a social scientist she is interested in social mobility, organizational communication, and in how society shapes individual behavior.
